Make payment
Payment will be made at the time of booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email of your booking made. *Please note this is only an estimation.
Confirmation

LAUNDRY & IRONING (IN-HOME SERVICE):
We also have Regular Laundry and Ironing service which is also available on a regular weekly and fortnightly basis.
Ironing for some people is one of those tasks for which finding a time to do is difficult. You are always worrying that the load is getting bigger and bigger week by week. Don’t worry we are here to help.
You can book this service separately weekly or fortnightly.
* Please note that this service is carried out in clients’ homes by our own operatives, and we use your own washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
We iron anything from shirts, bed sheets, towels, trousers, skirts, t-shirts, table clothes, underwear to socks, or if we missed anything simply leave it on the pile and we will iron it too.
Our ironing guidelines are:
- 10 shirts for 1 hour, 5 shirts 30 minutes
- 8-10 t-shirts for 30-40 minutes
- 1 set bed linen 20-30 minutes
- 10 pair of jeans for 1 hour, 5-6 pair of jeans for 30 minutes.
(Minimum of 2 hours per visit apply.)

Then they will focus on the living room, cleaning and dusting all hard surface areas, mirrors, and glass surfaces. Finally, they will either vacuum or mop it, depending on its texture.
Areas in your home we pay extra attention to:
- Kitchen the focal point of many parties! We start by removing rubbish and washing up dirty glasses, dishes, and plates. The we scrub and shine the sink and taps before moving on to appliances, cupboards, and surfaces. We finish by vacuuming and mopping the floor.

- We can provide all necessary cleaning products for the jobs along with the vacuum cleaners, cleaning products, mops, buckets, brooms and dusters, carpet cleaner. Or we can use your cleaning materials to do the job. Just let us know when you book the service, prices may defer.
- Your assigned cleaner will handle the routine tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and surface wiping. They will also clean the bathrooms, kitchen, hallway, and other general household cleaning duties as per your instructions. However, please note that the cleaners are not authorized to perform deep or specialized cleaning of antique, delicate, or valuable items. Moreover, they are not equipped to carry out exterior window cleaning or work at heights. If you require additional specialized or deep cleaning services such as carpet or oven cleaning, kindly inform us so that we can arrange for one of our specialists to assist you with the task.
- The cleaners will always work according to your instructions so far it’s safe to do so. We recommend you instruct your assigned cleaners on all specialised cleaning areas or cleaning materials, solutions, and equipment to be used in your home. Instructions on where and how to use them.
