Choose your preferred date and time. Please note we will try our best to send a cleaner on your preferred date and time, however, if that’s not possible we’ll let you know.
Make payment
Payment will be made at the time of booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email of your booking made. *Please note this is only an estimation.
Confirmation
We’ll call you after your booking to confirm booking date, time and payment.

- Kitchen: Wash the dishes, wipe, and polish all surfaces, clean the floor, microwaves, ovens, hot plates, fridges, and other appliances.
- Living room: Dust all decorations, vacuum and mop the floor, wipe all skirting boards, clean furniture, and empty the bins.
- Hallway: Dust all picture frames and light switches in sight. Remove dust from furniture, clean the floor and wipe the skirting boards and refresh the front door.
- Bedrooms: Clean and polish all surfaces, change bedding, vacuum the carpet, dust the bed frame, wipe the blinds, and window seals. Clean all doors and handles and refresh the floor.
- Bathrooms: Clean the bathroom sink taps, clean the bathroom tiles, scrub bath and shower cabin clean the toilet and disinfect the toilet bowl.

- We can provide all necessary cleaning products for the jobs along with the vacuum cleaners, cleaning products, mops, buckets, brooms and dusters, carpet cleaner. Or we can use your cleaning materials to do the job. Just let us know when you book the service, prices may defer.
- Your assigned cleaner will handle the routine tasks such as vacuuming, dusting, mopping, and surface wiping. They will also clean the bathrooms, kitchen, hallway, and other general household cleaning duties as per your instructions. However, please note that the cleaners are not authorized to perform deep or specialized cleaning of antique, delicate, or valuable items. Moreover, they are not equipped to carry out exterior window cleaning or work at heights. If you require additional specialized or deep cleaning services such as carpet or oven cleaning, kindly inform us so that we can arrange for one of our specialists to assist you with the task.
- The cleaners will always work according to your instructions so far it’s safe to do so. We recommend you instruct your assigned cleaners on all specialised cleaning areas or cleaning materials, solutions, and equipment to be used in your home. Instructions on where and how to use them.
